Grant Mayfield
Grant has been line dancing for nearly 20 years and teaching along the way! We are proud of him for winning the 2025 World Championship for his original line dance choreohraphy "Ain't Seen Nothin'" along with Nya Alloy-Chung
Chris Pozo
Chris has supported Southern Soul from the start! Chris has been line dancing and partner dancing for many years. Chris is training with us to be a lead country swing instructor! He brings great energy to all events!
Andrea Cuevas
Andres is one of the newest members of Southern Soul! Andres is training with us to be a lead country swing instructor. When he isn't on the dance floor, he is pursuing his love for photography!
Ray Merkle
Ray is a part of our team of country swing and line dance instructors! Ray has a background in hip-hop and is also cross-training in west coast swing. He is a well-rounded dancer!
Jackie LaDue
Jackie is a fantastic addition to Southern Soul! She started teaching line dance lessons with us this past year and is also a skilled clogging dancer!
Dani Peterson
Dani is one of the newest instructors to join our staff! Dani has an extensive background in many styles of dance including contemporary, jazz, ballet and hip-hop. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Sarah Toole
Sarah is a skilled line dance instructor with years of training and instructing under her belt! Sarah has years of competitive Clogging under her belt and joined our teaching staff earlier this year!
Michael Diez
Michael is training to be a lead in Country Swing and a Line dance instructor with Southern Soul! While he started dancing 2 years ago, he has already gone on to win both Line Dance and Country Swing competitions!
Christianna Morgan
Christianna is a great addition to Southern Soul! Christianna is training to be a Country Swing follow and Line Dance instructor with us! She is a classically trained dancer in contemporary, tap, pointe, & hip-hop, and has already won Line Dance and Country Swing competitions!
